About Me

I have worked for many years in the voluntary sector in areas such as visual impairment, disability and with families within a children’s hospice at home service. During this time I gained real insight into the benefits of giving people time to talk & be really listened to. In 2008 this prompted me to train further to become a counsellor.  Since qualifying I have worked for Chichester Counselling Service, the NHS, Portsmouth University, Portsmouth Grammar School & local GP Surgeries.

I currently run a private practice for adults, young people & couples in the beautiful ‘Well House’ or outdoors offering Walk-Talk Therapy.
