Do you want to re-connect with nature? To feel more grounded, mindful & to just slow down? If the answer is ‘yes’ then join me for walk talk therapy in the beautiful woods and fields near my counselling room in the South Downs National Park. For some people face to face traditional counselling is too anxiety provoking, so walking in parallel can feel more comfortable. Walking & being in nature releases endorphins which in turn reduces depression, stress, grief and anxiety.
Talking and therapy comes first and the walking second, but the physical act of walking can really help process feelings and thoughts. I will be by your side & will walk at your pace. Sometimes the weather may be more challenging – reflecting the mood, which we can choose to either embrace or we retreat to the counselling room. Also called …. Wild Therapy, Eco-Therapy, Woodland Therapy & Nature Therapy.
“Thank you so much for everything you have done for me. You helped massively. I really like your relaxed style. Oh and the views! I couldn’t recommend ‘Walk-Talk Therapy’ with Emma enough.” Male client, mid 30’s
